1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Bet4.cx is an online entertainment platform operating to provide digital gaming services to players across Malaysia. The platform is owned and operated by bet4 and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the bet4 platform at any time. Ownership of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved without compensation.

• Every account must be registered using valid and accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth and an active phone number

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal of Funds

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposit — this is a standard security measure
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the payment method and time of request
• Withdrawals submitted on business days between 9 AM and 10 PM are typically processed faster

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Bet4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity or for platform operational reasons.

• Players who violate these terms may forfeit the right to all balances in their account depending on the nature of the violation
• Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team — valid balances will be returned following a review
• Accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity or money laundering are not eligible for any refund of funds
• Bet4 will notify players via their registered email if an account is suspended for a resolvable reason

12 Amendments & Applicable Law

Bet4 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms
